"The purpose of a storyteller is not to tell you how to think, but to give you questions to think upon."
- Brandon Sanderson
Children have an innate love of stories. Stories create magic and a sense of wonder at the world. To encourage creativity, freedom of expression and use of imagination in children, the school conducted a story telling session for the classes PS to II, in collaboration with the Jiwan Books International Pvt. Ltd. The resource person Ms. Nidhi Kundra, a  trained teacher from Lady Irwin College, Delhi University, who has worked as an author of story books for some of leading publishers of India conducted the session. She narrated stories based on moral values. Students get to learn a lot from these beyond the text books experiences. They inculcate those teachings in real life situations which help them transform their personalities and mind-sets on the whole. Related worksheets and prizes were also given to the children after the session. Overall, it was an engaging, edifying and enlightening session.
