OCTOBER 13, 2017 SPECIAL ASSEMBLY BY PRE PRIMARY

&lsquo Diversity: the art of thinking independently together.&rsquo - Malcolm Forbes
India is culturally, linguistically, religiously the most diverse country in the world. The culture of India has been shaped by its long history, unique geography and diverse demography.
The meaning of Unity in Diversity is existence of oneness even after various differences. To acquaint everyone about the topic, Class Pre Primary Primrose presented an enlightening and fabulous assembly. The assembly began with a prayer thereby remembering God followed by thought of the day. It was really worth noting that children explained that India is the best example of Unity in Diversity very well. The explanation of different religions, castes, languages, cultures, lifestyles, rituals of worship was really convincing. The whole assembly focused on Unity is harmony in group which makes us feel like a family. Dance performance by lovely students was exceptionally captivating. The assembly concluded with a pledge related to Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day) which is celebrated on October 31every year to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel. It was followed by national anthem.
